※管理者パスワードが不明のデバイスがあり、ログインできなくなっていたので。

検索してみると、以下のようなリカバリー方法も紹介されているのですが、
Catalyst 3750などではこの方法に対応していませんでした。

リカバリー方法
電源の入れ方ですが、
デバイス正面 左側にある「MODE」ボタンを押しながら起動します。
※押したままにしておいてください。
その状態で起動すると、
以下のように「switch:」というプロンプトになるので、
config.textという管理者パスワードがわからないコンフィグファイルの名前を、
config.oldとリネームして起動すれば、機器へログインできるようになります。
